Quest for Real Life And Second Life

Hello everyone! I'm Fornax Beverly. CEO of Entertainment Wealth Capital. This is my 3rd avatar, I used to have a casino named Plush Gaming back when casinos were approved, but I had to shut it down because of LL new policy. It crushed me, but i used the rest of the money to buy some Land. So I rented out 1.5 sims and I did that for about 9 months. Now I'm trying to get my RL company started in Second Life. I believe second life is much more than just a business simulator. But I wish someday to see second life like an actual second life. I hope to see you as investor!

Business Overview

Entertainment Wealth Capital is a Real Life business that was made in Southern California. It consist of 2 Main divisions.

1. DJ Zebular - Fornax Beverly is a RL DJ that DJ's for all types of parties. And will also be DJ-ing inside of Second Life via Shoutcast servers on Sims. Fornax Beverly owns all of the equipment including turntables, mixers, drum machines, speakers, synthesizers, vocoders, sound activated lights, truss, and contracts. DJ Zebular is 100% paid for, and no more equipment needs to be bought.

2. Pizbi - A Real Life smoke shop that sells tobacco-use-only glassware. Pizbi sells everything from pipes, water pipes, hookahs, clothing, jars, grinders, vaporizers, and other types of smoking accessories. Real Life products will be in store in Second Life. So Second Life users can see a tangible in world product.

We will send 90% of RL sales directly back into Second Life. 100% of sales in Second Life will stay in Second Life. Entertainment Wealth Capital has more divisions too, but they are not as large...

Crime Network - An online windows video server streaming live video. Crime Network will be playing shows about the Criminal Industry. The trend on Crime and Police is going up. This will be played In Second Life.

Mod Crazi - An online piercing shop that people can buy their body jewelry from. Needs advertising to help grow the business.

Entertainment Wealth Capital will give monthly Financial's on the website with weekly updates, EWC will have newsletter for those interested so they can know what new products Pizbi has, and see the EWC news. This will be a RL voice newsletter by Fornax Beverly as well as text.

Business Strategy

Entertainment Wealth Capital will advertise DJ Zebular on Myspace. Myspace advertisements will be placed demographically. Fornax Beverly will be making each banner advertisement. EWC will be advertising on Myspace Monthly. Pizbi will have RL products IN Second Life. So Second Life users can view what Pizbi has. Pizbi will also be buying more products for its shop. For Crime Network, EWC needs scripters to have the live streaming video in SL. And then we will promote that so SL users can watch anywhere In SL, and RL by going to the website.

W - Weaknesses, The competition in the Second Life DJ-ing scene. And competition of Real Life DJ's.
O - Opportunities, Expanding inside of Second Life, and Promoting RL DJ-ing as well.
T - Threats, More DJ-ing appearing and DJ Zebular's name getting lost in the fog. Pizbi could also loose its name, But right now, It is getting bigger very fast.

Use of Capital

The use of Capital will be used...
1. To buy more inventory for Pizbi RL, and create SL products. ($L100,000 per month)
2. Advertise DJ Zebular on Myspace and RL($L65000 per month)
3. Pay for video streaming costs for Crime Network, and scripters to make it so SL video can watch i world. ($L23000 per month)
4. The rest will be invested until needed to continue our expansion and marketing plans.

Someone getting hurt while DJ-ing in RL. (But EWC has a contract stating that anything that happens that is NOT dj's fault is not liable for that.)
State of California changing laws about selling Tobacco Use Glassware.
