The purpose and scope of our aims is to bring the highest standard of clothing to the market in SL and eventually move into a RL clothing line. We need your support to do so, which is why we are putting a third of the company up for sale. I believe that with the success and expertise of the management and designers we have on board, that OMG! Inc, will not only one of the top SL clothing lines, but a brand known around the RL world as well. We expect a strong growth period in the first few months, and through key business development activites we will increase the market penetration and sales generating a great profit for the company and for shareholders.

Business Strategy

Over 20 pieces have already been created for one of our OMG! Inc lines, and with the capital gained from the IPO we will create 3-4 major lines of clothing equalling around 140-150 different outfits for our launch in the beginning of January 2008. We will market to all SL users through radio, SL advertisements, and other innovative marketing strategies we have come up with to showcase OMG! lines world-wide. We will also appeal to business people who want to buy our designs at wholesale, or purchase some of our clothing that will be put in vendors and sell them for a nice percentage profit.

OMG! will be hosting events and new launches weekly, keeping people actively engaged in our company as it continues to grow. We will also continue marketing designs every week and showcase our new weekly designs in sims world-wide.

The main strengths we have are experience and great designs. The designs for OMG! Inc are detailed hand drawn images that are then professionally designed into SL clothes.
