I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your interest in Mainostaulu.I started Mainostaulu as an effective means to use "left over" pieces when cutting parcels into shape.
Admittedly, i did also so called "spam fields" before i started SLIB and a little bit there after. I soon realized
that doing "spam fields" sucked... It sucked A LOT. But i had some high quality ones, and continued making
occasional high quality single cuts.
Realizing i needed to utilize them, i created Mainostaulu. Soon, it grew big, really big. Initially it was just a trial. Now, we are counting well above 300 sims with almost 800 live billboards!
The sytem is cutting edge technology, able to deliver landmarks, notecards, slurls, website addresses and objects (ideal for giving out samples)
Mainostaulu isn't just about advertising, it's so so much more!
With regularly updated fresh and fun content mixed in, people will see the boards as fun, enjoyable and unobtrusive. This effectively means people actualyl stand aroudn waiting to see what's up next, meaning better
chances of an advert actually being watched!

Intended dividends are initially of a guaranteed monthly minimum 0.01L$(1%) per share, and target dividends are of at least 50% of profit.
Realistically speaking we can expect around 0.012-0.015L$/share monthly at first, but target by end of the year is that weekly or bi-weekly.
At 0.015L$/share monthly would mean 18% annual, which is quite high return on a steady and safe investment.

Mainostaulu isn't just about advertising, it's also about environment and entertainment. With environment i mean, making a better alternative to spam. Big portion of L$ paid to Mainostaulu is out from spamvertising companies. Also, sometimes is created something called "spam shields", walls with some images, covering the spam fields, however, this is unlikely as Mainostaulu locations next to spam fields are being gotten rid of fairly regularly.Main expenses are tier & parcel acquirements.
Revenue is generated from advertising sales and parcel sales.
Business Strategy
Continuing to meet the demands of advertisers, increasing locations and penetration. Regular powerful analysis done to get the most out of every advertiser L$.All parcels are set for sale, at sensible prices, so that neighbouring land owners can buy them out, but high enough not to be attractive to spammers, and high enough that people don't buy them without serious consideration, and they really need to want to get rid of them.
Business Strengths
Mainostaulu is very cost-effective for it's users, for best campaigns achieving up to 8 touches per time-unit, which has minimum cost of 35L$. With that ratio 4.375L$ per touch, or 1.6USD Cents, Mainostaulu continues to bring EXCELLENT value to it's advertisers, and from now on also for shareholders.Current mainostaulu designs vary from 32sqm up to 256sqm, with varying styles. Making Mainostaulu very eye-appealing and environmentally friendly. A network, even big corporations could consider using for their advertising needs.
Also, Mainostaulu Network is the only outdoor advertising network with parcel sizes as small as 32sqm, which is NOT in the arbor ban list, and Mainostaulu is a continuing contributor to Arbor's cause with very bad locations donated to them. If you know the advertising industry here in SL, there is only one other which is not, that being Digital Media with their 256sqm region corner pieces.
Technically VERY cutting edge:

on with Mainostaulu, creating it even more profitable, and better for advertisers.
Use of Capital
Part of cash on hand will be held for future needs, and all funds are being kept on SL Investor's Bank while unused, for interest revenue and easing management.Monthly dividends of 60-85% from profits are planned, and rest will be held as reserve and used for expansion.
Risk Factors
- SL becomes even emptier- Most of the locations get "spammed" and needs to be gotten rid off
- SL looses it's economic value (ie. L$ value plummets)

Mostly managed by Tyrian Camilo.Silvermoon Mills is responsible for the billboard design and locations attractiveness to some degree.
