Express Shopping Network (ESN) is an advertising and retail company.

ESN will focus on providing advertisement and commission based sales.

The goal is to become one of the biggest providers within advertisement in magazines
And provide content developers with a freeway of distributing their products.

Business Strategy

The magazine HUD provided by JayT Axel, former CEO of ESN will be developed into a useful product. The interface of the HUD itself is too hard to use and understand for the basic SL residents, and need to be made more user friendly.
There is also a lot of development left for it to be reliable and fast enough to be an alternative shopping method.

The magazine HUD is a magazine where people can buy products right from the magazine, or request a landmark to the shops that advertise in the magazine.
We will also develop a subscription system for the magazine to enable people to get every new edition automatically instead of going around checking magazine kiosks
This will enable us to build up a good advertisement database that can have good value for people wanting to release a special edition with only their products in and can charge a good price for the amount of people they want to release it to.

When the HUD is up and running, we will distribute the magazine true XstreetSL, their competitions and true magazine kiosk true out SL.
The main income for ESN will be true commission on sales made true the magazine, advertisement space and our subscription database.

The magazine will have several product ranges, where you have one magazine for fashion, one for real estate, one for combat equipment and weapons.
This will let us provide SL residents products from all over SL, and will be appealing to the content providers that make great products, but don't have much of an advertisement budget.

ESN will also develop a basic income stream true other means, to support the development and advertisement of the magazine. This will be done true a script shop, a commission based clothing store and a small gaming place. This way ESN will have a backup income should the magazine fail.

Business Strengths

The company's strength is that it provides content developers with a new system of product distributions. People are always looking for new ways to generate more income, and we can provide them with this free of charge.

Risk Factors

To be true, there are lots of risks that one's take by investing on the stock exchange, especially in a virtual stock exchange.

- First of all there is the risk that LL goes bankrupt and stops second life.
- There is a risk that the magazine HUD will not become as successful as hope.
-And there is a risk that the expenses will be to big vs. the income, so ESN will go bankrupt.
