VI89U IPO sold out in less than 4 days!
I am pleased to announce that the Verve Financial Services Income Long-term UIT (Unit Investment Trust) 2008-2009 has sold out in less than 4 days time. Only seven people purchased the 10,000 “Units” (shares) of the investment trust, with more than 90% purchased by one avatar. I personally find this very interesting since out of all of the investment products offered by Verve Financial Services, this one was expected to generate the lowest interest since most people are not familiar with what Unit Investment Trusts are, while ETF’s have become one of the real-world investment markets hottest and fastest growing products. So anyone who is interested in experiencing firsthand how a well-managed investment product can turn out, check out the remaining ETF IPO’s being offered through ACE, or contact me personally if you have an interest in any of our other investment products. Also note that none of the funds generated via these IPO's will be removed from the virtual exchanges (although some of the ETF's will have a portion of their funds transferred to other exchanges based off of the focus and theme of the ETF's (be sure to read the description of each ETF and how it is managed and operates before making an investment, as knowledge is the most important investment tool that anyone can possess)).These “units” will go into public trading on July first for any of those seven avatars who may want to resell them (although due to the nature of UIT’s, they may not be available, since most who buy such products tend to do so for the income that they provide over the term of the trust with a return of the value of the assets that make up the trust occurring at the end of the trusts term.
The funds raised by this IPO (minus the IPO/management fees) will be invested into several stocks that are intended to return a maximized monthly dividend income to those who purchased these shares. Upon the expiration of the Unit Investment Trust on June 30th of 2009, all shares will be liquidated with the proceeds being returned to the unit holders based off of their portion of ownership, or at the owners discretion these can be rolled forward into the next mid-year income UIT (to run from July 1st of 2009 through June 30th of 2010).
