We've began to track aswell rental revenus precisely now, here's some revenue numbers for the current month:

Estate sales: 153 546L$
Estate tier: 517 835L$
Rentals: 576 642L$
Mainland sales revenue: 1 409 560L$
Mainland buys: 1 501 911L$

Mainland SQM sold: 198 240sqm
Mainland L$/SQM Sale rate: 7.11L$/sqm
Mainland SQM bought: 287 808sqm
Mainland L$/SQM Buy rate: 5.22L$/sqm

Mainland sold approx cost: 1 034 813L$
Weighted mainland profit: 374 747L$ (Revenue - Sold approx cost)
Current mainland selling stock: 256 208sqm
Current mainland rentals: 78 720sqm
Total mainland approx: 343 120sqm

Approx monthly mainland tier cost: 325 187L$
Estates monthly tier cost: 841 473L$

Non-weighted approx profit: -10 988L$ (For cost of 10 988L$, 89 568sqm is kinda cheap?)
Weighted approx profit: 456,110L$


We have bought 89 568sqm more than we have sold, also we bought one Shermerville community 512sqm parcel for 51,200L$.

Also, we have A LOT of vacant estate land, from those 10 sims, 3 are rented, and from "regular" sims one is rented almost 3/4.
