About dividends

Dividends are going to be the primary way how SLIB benefits from SLIB Real Estate's profits, not via alternative routes.

Thus, all unretained profits will be posted as a dividend, and should make SLIB Real Estate a sound investment.

Hopefully by mid-year we are able to do in the level of 500,000L$ dividends monthly, however, most should be retained for growth, and future gains rather than immediate gain.
