You get full Estate Managerial rights to the sim. Sim is placed on the open waters, so you have 360degrees ocean views. 2 weeks payments upon agreement, 2 weeks payment upon delivery, all applied towards rental time. Name can be chosen at times when we do not have access to already established open spaces, however, the name must be something which can be used in future, no business names and such which are not generic. You can however choose a non-generic name for 13,750L$ extra charge, which covers renaming fee if you shall leave the open space.
