Shareholder vote to not pay dividend for October
The recent LL open space policy has dramatically effected the value of our assets. In response to the new LL policy, the value of JAM (in which we have 70,000 shares) has plummeted from 3.2L a share to 0.55L a share, so this month we have lost more than 185,000L overnight. In oreder to help pull things round to meet our target Asset value of 300,000L, I am calling a shareholder vote to stop dividend payments untill our target asset value of 300,000L is restored.
Normally I hold SAS votes in-world, but due to the urgent nature of this vote, with the dividend payment (of 20,000L) due within a week, I ask shareholders to post their vote in the FOrum section of the ACE website in the SAS section.
Each shareholder gets 1 vote per share held at the time of this posting. I shall be voting this time- but as I only own 40% of the shares- I can be out voted by my shareholders.
