Pontos fracos na OIG nas últimas semanas:

Ao mesmo tempo, percebemos mudanças no mercado de terras que já havia sido favorável anteriormente para nós. A baixa nos valores das terras, as mudanças bruscas no mercado e a diminuição da liquidez, fez com que a OIG mudasse seu foco, vendesse as terras e evitasse os teer.
O que ainda nos restou em termos de terras siginificativas, foi um estate, a Ilha BH. No entanto, também estamos negociando a Ilha BH, com o intuito de focarmos naquilo em que podemos nos especializar mais.
Outro ponto negativo, está sendo a grande baixa da liquidez das bolsas do SL. Isso está dificultando o mercado até então.
Perdemos algum dinheiro com os fatos ocorridos.
Pontos Positivos da OIG:
Por incrível que pareça, a OIG talvez seja a empresa que melhor tem atuado para ajudar a alavancar o mercado de ações. Contudo, percebemos uma resistência por parte do mercado internacional.
A OIG realizou uma segunda oferta em pouquissímos dias vendeu tudo por 1,45, e realizou uma oferta de ações paralela a bolsa ACE, onde a empresa está listada, sendo 50 mil ações por 1,55, 50 mil por 1,60, 50 mil por 1,65, 50 mil por 1,70, 50 mil por 1,75, 50 mil por 1,80 e uma parte de 50 mil por 1,85.
Ora, a OIG consegue investidores, isso já foi visto, pois sabemos trabalhar nesse mercado, principalmente entre os brasileiros.
Pensando no nosso desempenho e nas nossas características, a OIG está analisando a possibilidade de patrocinar a construção de uma bolsa de valores em língua portuguesa para trazer mais investidores do Brasil e Portugal. A idéia é que a bolsa contribua com todo o mercado de ações, de toda as bolsas.
Vamos trabalhar na captação de mais investidores, e vamos procurar analisar mais minuciosamente as empresas em que investimos, e focar nesse sentido.
