Proposal good for BNT / ACE and shareholders

Publicly bring the proposal that the OIG receives a copy of the ACE software in exchange for all the actions that the OIG has the ACE and the BNT.

This amounts to a significant value, since the OIG has more than 1,000,000 shares of BNT and 50,000 from ACE.

These shares may be destroyed by the BNT, valuing the BNT for investors who stay.

I have an idea to help the whole market in sl.

Ham, help the shareholders of BNT, we try to lessen the damage. I accept other proposals.

This may be a chance to actually implement the E-capex and have a stock exchange in Portuguese as well.

Proposta boa para BNT / ACE e acionistas

Trago publicamente a proposta de a OIG receber uma cópia do software da ACE em troca de todas as ações que a OIG possui da ACE e da BNT.

Isso totaliza um valor significativo, visto que a OIG tem mais de 1.000.000 de ações da BNT e 50.000 da ACE.

Essas ações poderão ser destruídas pela BNT, valorizando a BNT para os acionistas que ficarem.

Estou com uma idéia de ajudar a todo o mercado do sl.

Isso pode ser uma chance de concretizarmos a E-capex e ter uma bolsa de valores em português também.
