BDVR SHAREHOLDERS MEETING AND MOST IMPORTANT AFFAIRS TO VOTE

Shareholders meeting will be next Saturday 22 of November at 1.p.m Pacific Time (21:00 GMT).

The place of the meeting is unkown yet.

In the meeting, the CEO will present these important proposals:


1. Show the current financial situation of the company.

2. New Business Plan

2.A) Land Rentals
2.B) Apartments Rentals
2.C) Shops
2.D) Luxury Lands
2.E) RL Forex Account


3. New Board.

4. The Ceo will ask for a secondary offer of 250.000 shares.

5. The Ceo will ask for not pay dividend in the next two month.

I will explain deeply all my plans.

Now everybody have this info, with two goals: to avoid inside info, and to give time to that investors with other plan for the company. I own only 23% of the company, so if there are a group of investors interested in develop the company in other way, they have time to prepare new plans.

The company owns 52000 sqm approximately. In that amount is included 400 lands of 32sqm or less.
