BDVR Financial update!!

Very slow land market so far this month. We usually get a nice pop early to strengthen the outlook for the month. Just want everyone to be prepared incase we end up on the low end of our usual dividend target. If it persists this way though we may be looking at profits in the $L40-50k range for October. We have strong cash position and about 60k sqm in inventory so we will see how it pans out. I am hoping after all the drama last month that this month is the turning point for land prices, as many other dealers are too.
