As we kind of predicted the summer months may be a bit slow, but not bad considering the flood of land LL added to the market recently. We have added another 103 in profit for the month while increasing our land holdings to 47856sqm. Due to the drastic price spreads in land we our going to maintain our goal of 50k sqm, but we do not want to risk profitability in doing so. . SAS contributed over $L2000 to the bottom again. We also started renting out some of the spare tier to recoup costs until we need the space. Our share price has maintained a fair value around $L2.00 per shareLand prices dropped as low as the high $L2 per sqm mark but have stabilized since around $L4.1.
