Financial update BDVR

Good month so far. Sales aren't outstanding, still expect a dividend over $L100k. We do expect the summer months to be slow as is the case usually. With the extra land added to the portfolio we should maintain dividends over $L100k. Hopefully by September we see a strong increase if the land supply stalls a bit. Either way we are maintaing about 48k sqm of land with over $L500k in cash and investments.
