7-31-2008 Monthly Report July 2008

Well were moving along well this summer at BDVR.. We had L$110k in profit for the month and increased our land holdings to 51920sqm. We have increased our holdings this month about 4000sqm, which is the kind of steady growth in our land portfolio we hope to maintain. SAS contributed to our bottom line. . Our share price has increased over 50% to around $L3.40 per share. We initiated a small share buyback plan this month of 1000 shares. All future share dividends for the companies we hold will be reinvested in that company as long as we feel the share price is fair.

notes:

** In past financials reports the estimated land value was 25 per sqm. After a month and half here I studied our lands I believe a fair price it is 15 per sqm. I calculated the small parcels to 25 l$/sqm, the larger parcels to 12L$/sqm and the parcels we are renting for apartments (so we are not selling) to 4L$/sqm. This is a close estimation to reality and we are selling at that prices.
